Risk to resolution

Create linked service work so findings have owners, history and measurable outcomes.

From device check-in to verified remediation.

One connected operating record means fewer hand-offs, clearer ownership and reporting that can be traced back to the work.

  1. 01Deploy a per-device agent through your chosen rollout channel.
  2. 02Collect versioned inventory and endpoint posture evidence.
  3. 03Evaluate findings against workspace risk policy.
  4. 04Create, assign and report on linked remediation work.

Operational evidence, not a disconnected dashboard.

  • Windows and Linux managed agents
  • Versioned hardware and software inventory
  • Endpoint risk findings linked to affected assets
  • Signed updates with state and rollback visibility
  • Fleet health, coverage and rollout reporting

Practical answers before you evaluate.

Which endpoint platforms are supported?

Ordantra provides managed Windows and Linux agents, with platform-specific inventory, posture and update channels.

Does the endpoint agent store a cloud password?

No. The architecture uses per-device credentials, and the Windows Companion does not hold a cloud credential.

Can endpoint findings create tickets?

Yes. Policy-driven findings can create linked tickets so remediation is owned and visible.
