What counts as a managed endpoint?
A managed endpoint is an active Windows device enrolled with the Ordantra agent. User logins do not consume the included endpoint allowance.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Free to Pro with a click, and billing starts immediately. Downgrades retain Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Not at launch. You can evaluate the service desk on Free, then activate the Windows agent through paid checkout.
What if I need more than 25 endpoints?
Contact us before rollout. Additional endpoint billing will be available before accounts can exceed the included allowance.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Monthly billing is available first. Annual billing is planned. Prices are in AUD; tax treatment is shown at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No lock-in. Cancel in account settings and the subscription ends at period close.
